This mosaic overlay crochet pattern is designed for makers who already understand the core techniques of the mosaic method. You should be comfortable creating a base chain or single-crochet foundation chain, working in the back loop only (BLO), and making drop-down front-loop-only double crochets (DDFLODC). Beginning on Row 2, all single crochets are worked BLO, and all double crochets are worked DDFLODC.

Familiarity with reading mosaic overlay charts, working mosaic overlay rows, and completing a double/envelope border is required. The pattern uses only single crochet and double crochet. Instructions for mosaic overlay technique, double borders, or color-changing methods are not included. Add 1 turning chain to your starting chain.
